Alex Kendrick

A high school football coach who has never had a winning season prays his way into one in Facing the Giants. Kendrick works inside a Baptist church instead of a studio, casts the congregation in most of the speaking parts, and lands every story on a decision for Christ. You can see the ending from the first reel, and for this audience arriving there is the pleasure.
