Jeff Chang is about to celebrate his 21st birthday, but his friends have other plans that spiral into a night of wild debauchery. As the chaos unfolds, the film captures the reckless abandon of youth and the often absurd consequences of friendship. Watching it feels like being swept up in a whirlwind of laughter, embarrassment, and the bittersweet realization of growing up.
