Radical
dir. Christopher Zalla · 2023
The pursuit of knowledge and creativity can transform lives and inspire hope even in the most challenging circumstances.
"Radical" is a poignant exploration of the power of education and creativity in the face of systemic failure. Through a teacher's unconventional approach, the film captures the raw emotional landscape of a border town and the transformative potential that lies within its students.
In a Mexican border town plagued by neglect, corruption, and violence, a frustrated teacher tries an unorthodox new method to break through his students’ apathy and unlock their curiosity, their potential... and perhaps even their genius.
