Zaffan, a 12-year-old girl, grapples with the terrifying changes of puberty in a small Malaysian community, where her transformation is met with fear and suspicion. As hysteria grips her school, she confronts the demons of her identity, revealing a fierce beauty and rage that challenge societal norms. Zaffan, 12, lives in a small rural community in Malaysia. In full puberty, she realizes that her body is changing at an alarming rate.
