A young man named Brian finds himself in a nightmarish situation when he becomes host to a leech-like parasite named Aylmer, who demands human brains in exchange for a euphoric blue fluid. Watching this film is like being thrust into a chaotic carnival of grotesque humor and body horror, where the absurdity of addiction and moral compromise collide in a vibrant, surreal landscape.
A young man has to live with a leech-like brain-eating parasite who secretes a highly addictive blue fluid into man's brain routinely and in return, the man must seek out human victims for the parasite so that the parasite can eat human brains.
