A medical school dropout, Jeffrey, is devastated after a freak lawnmower accident claims the life of his fiancée, Elizabeth. In a desperate attempt to bring her back, he embarks on a bizarre quest to gather body parts from the city's sex workers, leading to a series of absurd and grotesque encounters.
