"Do Not Expect Too Much from the End of the World" is a sharp, darkly comedic exploration of the absurdities of corporate culture and the human cost of negligence, set against the backdrop of contemporary Romania. Through a series of interviews and vignettes, it invites viewers to reflect on the intersection of humor and tragedy in everyday life.
On behalf of a multinational company, a production assistant drives around the Romanian city of Bucharest, interviewing various citizens who have been injured due to work accidents to cast one of them in a “safety at work” video.
