Jamie and Dylan make the same deal on principle in Friends with Benefits, sure that friendship can survive a definition on the side. Lainey and Jake go a step further in Sleeping with Other People, making a pact to stay platonic despite the attraction, a deal that goes about as well as you'd expect.

The rest never even get a pact, because neither of them will define it. Tom is certain from the first day that Summer is the one in (500) Days of Summer, and she never once claims to agree with him. Russell picks up Glen for what's supposed to be a one-night stand in Weekend, and neither of them expects it to turn into anything else, until it does. Nyles and Sarah are stuck at the same wedding, then stuck with each other, in Palm Springs, and neither one brings up what that actually makes them.
